It was one summer morning and I was feeling very well and blessed. I decided to write some lyrics that expressed my feelings about greeting each day with a sense of appreciation. I also wanted to say that how each of us reacts to our day (and our situations) is our own choice. And, my wife and two boys were headed off for a weekly event. As I watched them drive off I realized how very important it is to let your loved ones know how you feel.
So, I wrote the lyrics and shared them with Michael. And, as always, he was able to take my concept and really make it memorable with his special musical talents. I am really happy with the result, and I’m happy to share these thoughts with others.
